Launched in January 2018 by Ben Paul, Sweat It London is a fitness boutique offering primarily treadmill bootcamp classes.
With 18 Skill Run Treadmills, 18 Rigs and 2 Double-Rigs*, clients can expect to spend 50% of their session running and 50% of their session training a particular muscle group. We provide honest, functional training which makes people fitter and stronger. We pride ourselves in having the best trainer team in London; we are no joke.
Run | We have 18 state of the art treadmills which have four functions; Traditional Running, Sled Mode, Parachute Mode and Parachute Mode with harnesses. All runs are coached to Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced but the client has full autonomy and control of the speeds they choose. Speeds are in kph.
Rig | We have 20 fully functional Rig spots; 18 Standard and 2 Double Rigs, where the client will repeat each round twice. Each Rig has a bench, landmine/ barbell, resistance bands, pull up bar and the studio has dumbbells ranging from 3kg-25kg and plates ranging from 2.5kg-25kg.
