Zack/ Set a realistic weekly/monthly goal; make training work for you and your life. That way its harder to make excuses.
Taofique/ Start your day with a positive affirmation. This is key!

Melissa/ You don't always have to be motivated, just go get that shit done regardless. 99.9% of the time you won't regret it.
Importantly, be easier on yourself. Fitness isn't easy. Change isn't easy. Little steps will turn into big things!
