Why Sweat It?
The concept is perfect as I love high intensity training and a big fan of Double Rig. The trainers keep you highly motivated and always make sure you are doing everything correctly.
What is your "why"?
I am a firm believer that exercise is good for the mind and of course to level out the chocolate intake!
How long have you been training for?
With Sweat it? Since February I have been training three times per week but I have been training for a number of years now. I used to do a morning bootcamp when I lived in Sydney, and Crossfit when I first moved to London. But my main sport has always been tennis, which I have played since I was a kid and still play competitively.
What would you most like to see transform in yourself?
Internally: Stronger core
Externally: Increased muscle mass
What is the one thing in the gym that is WAY out of your comfort zone and challenges you?
Pull-ups, never been a fan!
What does the word "fitness" mean to you?
Enjoyment - if you don't enjoy it, you're not going to put in 100%.
